Delivery Information

These prices will be applied at check-out. 
Please note: our minimum spend, before delivery is $35 

Barossa local delivery charges:
$35 - $100 spend =  $15 delivery fee

$101 - $199 spend = $25 delivery fee

$200 - $400 spend =  $50 delivery fee

$400+ please contact us, we will quote according to order.

Same Day Delivery:
Our same day delivery guarantee expires at 10am. If you order after that time, your order may not arrive that day. Same Day Deliveries will be delivered before 5pm, or later if it's for a dinner reservation at a restaurant. Please provide your reservation time.  

Delivery Times:
WE DO NOT guarantee specific delivery times on orders. We deliver high volumes of balloon bouquets daily, and our runs change daily based on the areas we are travelling each day. Rest assured, we do aim to deliver our balloons in a timely manner, and not too late in the day. Whilst we offer a delivery window of between 9am - 11am or 3pm - 6pm, at times an order may be delivered outside of these times. Should you have a reasonable deadline,  please provide this information in the notes section upon check-out. If there's an issue, we will be in touch!

It helps us greatly to know the start time of your event. In this instance we can prioritize your order to ensure it arrives prior to your start time. If you do not provide a specific start time for your event, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive prior.

When ordering, we do ask for a minimum of a 2-hour delivery window.
(Eg: between 9am - 11am. Or between 3pm - 6pm, for example).

 If there is no person in attendance at the time of delivery, your balloons will be attached to your door, or other suitable place. We cannot wait at the property for someone to return.

You are not entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver your order due to being supplied an incorrect address, or being unable to access a secure property.

In the event that the wrong address is given, or a suitable place is unavailable for leaving the balloons, a redelivery fee of between $25 - $50 will apply (depending on location).

Product Substitution

Balloons may have minor variations from the images shown on the website, we reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message and theme in the unlikely event the chosen balloon is out of stock. Any replacement will be of to equal or greater value.

The sentiment and or character will not be substituted. Latex balloon color themes will not be substituted - however color selection may vary due to stock availability. Any replacement will be to equal or greater value.
